Wiring during major conversion

OK, I'm sure this is an FAQ, so sorry!
Some friends are doing a major conversion job in an old house they have
just bought, and would like multi-room audio and video. They have seen
what I've cobbled together with some SCART/UHF distribution, Humax
9200T and network media player in node 0, and some PowerMid Ir thingies
and want something similar.
But they will also want Sky in a couple of rooms. And the central 9200
is sometimes a bit limited.
And then I saw this - http://www.nebula-media.com/products/HMS/HMS.asp
I know that Nebula do some cracking USB and PCI DVB-T tuners so this
has lots of promise!
So, a Nebula Home Media server in node 0, may four cat5 cables from
node 0 to close to each TV, and a Nebula Client at each TV. Probably
also best to run CT100 to each TV so that they can have local
analogue/dvb-t tuners, so cable from TV aerial to node 0, and then a
splitter on the output of the server.
Unless someone has a better idea ...
But what about Sky? Sky box also in node 0 (four bits of CT100 to near
the dish?) and use kat5 units at each TV? Or is there some Sky multi-
room product? I know little about Sky!
Specs for the Nebula server/clients are thin at the moment, but maybe
these can also handle the audio and the DviX/XviD? Or a network media
player of some kind in node 0? Or one near each TV?
Said friends have a big, fat budget but aren't very technical. They
have been advised to go to some high-end multi-room specialists but I
suspect they might get a big bill and something not very future proof.
Top priority is just to get the right cabling in place.
All advice gratefully received!
