FWIW my CPU runs at 45-48C and the fan is no louder than the Hard drive. I
did the big fan "Dremmel" Mod. Really pleased - I also
"divorced" the IR
receiver from the USB pod and now the Xbox can be stashed out of the way.
Really pleased overall - I might try hacking one of the MCE IR tails to
see if I can embed it somewhere. A job for another day!
