I know what you mean.  I'd like to stick with Windows Media Center,
but the organisation of the movies is pants.  No series support for
example, and cover art that is square instead of DVD-case shaped -
grrr!!!.  Their non-standard use of mp3 tags requires me to retag all
my music...

I'm about ready to say "sod it", and start coding my xPL Media
Player, although I'm sure that to other people, my solution will be
almost-but-not-quite too!
