Light switch

Guys,

Does anyone know if you can get a light switch that will toggle i.e.
it is always in the "off" position but when pressed will toggle
the
state. However, it returns to the "off" position as it acts
against a
spring.

Does anyone know what I am whittering on about and seen one?
