Re: Z-Wave - the future?

For me... 1 , 2 (and 3) are what I'd buy , and also some 4-6 and then
rest are for completeness.
I guess this isn't the order for Joe Blogs and mass volume though

What I need

1) *** A small dimmer module that can be connected to the wires
behind a ceiling rose and pushed into the void ***
2) *** Same as above for appliance ONOFF control *** - these could
be put behind fused sockets or 2A/3A/5A variants
3) A device to Z-Wave an existing switch
4) Available USB / automation interface is a given necessity

nice

4) Thermostats
6) Nice looking wall switches in various finishes inc a 'stick on' one

rest

7) PIR's inc outside variant
8) Usual plug in appliance/dimmer modules
9) Small bulb extender type socket
10) Din mount dimmer/relay packs ?
11) Remote controls obviously
12) A nice user configurable timer controller.
13) A replacement wall plug socket rather than a plugin appliance
or dimmer module would be nice but covered by 2)
