I've had good success washing keyboards before now.=20

Just put them in a sink filled with warm/hot water  and agitate, then
rinse=
under the cold tap and leave in a warm place for a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS (I =
usually leave them 2 days).

As long as you give them time to dry out completely it usually works for
me=

Noel,

A quick look just now revealed a whole bunch for much less than that,
some were obviously not UK key layouts, but I'm not so sure about
others...

I also presume you've checked for mechanical damage, and given it a
good clean with an air duster just to make sure its not a bit of lunch
stuck in there...
