Wow, this is revolutionary - cut-in speed, in particular, is a real
hassle and PITA.
The only possible issue I an see, with his particular design, is the
elasticity of the belt. Elasticity isn't a permanent feature of a
material, it eventually reduces. However, all in all, this neatly
addresses a lot of issues - in particular those related to bearing losses.
