Definitely no benefit at all if it's just an upscaling SD freeview box -
it won't have the necessary mpeg4 codec that the trial HD broadcasts
used (and presumably any future HD freeview broadcast would also use).

Isn't the HD transmission from the London trial still being broadcast
though?
