AD10 problem

I've got a Powerhouse DIN rail appliance module which doesn't seem to
switch on.

I get no response to an "ON" signal from an X10 transmitter,
however
an "OFF" results in a small click. Similarly when moving the
slider on
the front, there's no output and no LED when pushed up to "1" but
there is a small click when moving from AUTO down to "0".

Any idea what the problem is?
Are there any serviceable parts inside?
