Control of recovery heat ventilators by C-Bus

Hi!
I have to quote for a project where the client wants "All rooms will
have RHV (recovery heat ventilators) I will need them to be automated
based on humidity accumulation amount and overall air quality in each
room".
I have done this once by using a small Johnson controls BMS system and
integrate it to C-Bus by the Modbus gateway (from Clipsal Malaysia).

Is there an easier way to control temperature and humidity by C-Bus?
