Keith,

If you've already chipped it then that's the hard part done!

Just grab a copy of XBMC and ftp it over to the xbox (E:\Apps\XBMC)

Then simply use the "chips" dashboard (not the Microsoft one) to
run the application "XBMC"

You can get the latest version of XBMC from http://t3ch.yi.se/

Oh and I'd recommend the Mediastream skin from http://www.teamrazorfish.co.uk/mediastream.html

I realise I am a bit late to the party on this one but have decided I

I installed a modchip (Excecuter 2.6) about 3 years ago but have never done
anything with it. Can someone please point me in the direction of the info

need to be able to turn it into a media player for Divx files please.
