Re: Re: DVD Jukebox recommendations ?

'sounds good ... 'though15' for single & 40' for double sounds a
bit=20=20
disproportionate ! Presumably, ISO means no loss of viewing=20=20
experience ? We don't have a TV, so only watch DVDs on the Mac -=20=20
these days, that means an iMac (LCD screen, not nearly as good as the=20=20
old colour-calibrated CRT on old 'G4 Mac, which needs repair, but=20=20
loads better than what we've seen of TV ... maybe we've missed=20=20
something, but we were in John Lewis the other day, for the first=20=20
time in many years, looking for a TV for MIL, and we took the=20=20
opportunity to look at quite a few) ... hmmm, 4.7Gb x 700 plus=20=20
something to spare =3D 4Tb =3D one Drobo, maybe two with redundancy ... =
=20
wonder if a CD Jukebox working with one of our old Macs to rip the=20=20
lot in the background, to a Drobo off a Time Capsule, would work,=20=20
with reloads of the 'box every few days ? How smoothly would the=20=20
op' go, I wonder ? !
