Control Geysers on and off wireless of via power reticulation network

People,

I need to switch on/off  4 geysers within the building when the load exceed
the limit loads consumption.

Any suggestions, preferably I would like to install some device within the
distribution boards.

The supply for the geysers is 220 V /20 Amp circuit breakers feed from
different distribution boards on each floor.
