Flow switch recommendations

Hi all,
looking for advice on flow switches,  http://tinyurl.com/y9ff6gc
this one seems to say max flow rate of 20litees/min, surely that's not
enough for a good domestic shower fed from a combi boiler?? Looking to
trigger mirror heat pads when the shower comes on.

Bearing in mind it's Christmas day and I'm posting on here, in my defence
I'm now funds approved to start buying for the bathroom!!!
