err, no.
I'll continue to look at this as an anti competitive monopolistic behaviour
by a company with a long, long track record of screwing partners and
customers alike.
I'll say one thing for apple - they somehow manage to engender an
incredible level of goodwill from customers: which is frankly bizzare
considering how badly they treat those customers.

I know that apple and their buddies in the American copyright industry try
to stretch the definition of piracy and 'theft' further every year, but
seriously?
It's a heck of a stretch to say that downloading a bit of software (that is
advertised as a free application to manage your media collection) and using
it in a way the author didn't intend is somehow stealing?
