This CurrentCost FAQ method will be way off real cost, if you want a more
accurate unit cost, I would look at your most recent accurate bill, and
wor=
k
out the average. The more electric you use the closer it will be to the
cheaper unit cost, *not* avg of the 2 units added together.

Eg my last bill:

215kWh @ 23.31p
1075kWh @ 8.89p

Total cost (215 * .2331) + (1075 * .0889) =3D =A3145.68
Total units 215 + 1075                    =3D1,290

My avg unit cost =A3145.68 / 1290 =3D 11.29p * 1.05 =3D 11.85p (inc VAT)


If I had used the current cost FAQ method it would have been 42% higher:

(23.31 + 8.89) * 1.05 /2 =3D 16.90p
