Vigor wireless + routers allow you isolate a client by mac address and
the newer ones allow multiple wireless networks and security settings from
the same box eg one ssid with wep, another by wpa.

Personally I would have thought wep128 + mac address filtering was
sufficient but it depends how much havoc an intruder could cause or is it
just to stop someone piggy backing off your internet connect (don't
underrate someone using your internet connection to access dubious
material).
