Wifi to IR type 'thing'

Hi all,
Quick question, is there anything that lets you send IR hex codes over a
wifi link to then re-transmit them as IR ?
I've done the old Google and getting loads of stuff back about programs
for pda's etc - but nothing as a wall wart (or maybe powermid) type
things - any ideas?
