I would definitely recommend CBus - have it linked with other HA
systems such as HomeVision, xAP and Homeseer etc via one of Kevin's
CB/xAP/HV gateways - VERY flexible and powerful. From one of the 14 DLT
switches around the house, I can control anything i.e. electric lock on a
utility door, night mode on Comfort alarm, Electric Velux windows etc etc -
great kit :)
