Definitely not got a relay to disconnect the loads then.

There will be x mA of leakage on each circuit irrespective of the number of
lamps connected but that will be multiplied by the number of circuits you
have. Therefore 4 circuits with one lamp on each will have more leakage
than
a single circuit with 4 lamps on.
