The N suffix on the firmware means it supports NTFS only. That firmware
is listed under Support -> Downloads on the manufacturers website:
http://i-odd.co.kr/
In fact they have released a new firmware, 1.42.51 (exFAT and FAT32) OR
1.42.51N (NTFS) in the last few days.
We will make sure we add an extra note in as we despatch them to make
customers aware that they need to format them NTFS for the installed
firmware.
