RE: OT : Switch supplied with Euro plug

Oh, and of course, if the PSU is multi-voltage, you could simply chop
off the plug and fit a UK plug - that might affect warranty of the PSU
though.

Subject: [ukha_d] OT : Switch supplied with Euro plug

Question : Purchased a new gigabit switch, and it's come with a Euro plug
rather than a UK plug. Yes, you can use a converter but I dont like them as
they can be easily knocked due to bulk.

Aren't you obliged to supply a 3 pin unit in the UK ? The PSU is moulded so
cannot chop it.
