RE: Boosting GSM Signals inside the house

If you phone them and tell them that your new phone doesn't get a
signal in the house and the old one did, they will give you a box for free.

That'll be the Vodafone suresignal femtocell.

Only provider that does them at the moment I believe.

We installed a few and I have one at home - gone from one bar to fullsignal
3g reception in the house

Subject: [ukha_d] Boosting GSM Signals inside the house

Having finally succumbed to the lure of an iPhone 4 and living out in the
wilds where it is virtually impossible to get a signal outside the house
and impossible inside I seem to recall a device that plugged into your
LAN/Broadband router and provided a GSM signal locally. I've not been able
to find a link to it, any ideas of solutions to get me a signal.

Thanks folks

Gary
