Source of cat5 FTP cable?

Can anyone suggest a good source for stranded cat5 FTP cable for a
heatmise=
r install?  I've only got 5 zones so I'm thinking 100m should do so
=C2=A31=
20 for a 305m drum seems a bit excessive.
