Am still looking to do this but other pressures have made progress slow.
The vigor's compatibility list includes a number of "3" branded
devices but
it's not clear whether the same model but unlocked will also work. I
presume so but perhaps need to call Draytek to check.
Not sure where my nearest mast is, but I can locate the router in the attic
for better reception, and the dongle on a usb extension lead to get it to
the best spot. Solwise(?) do a dongle with an external antenna, but that's
not on the compatibility list... :-(
