My Dad has a similar requirement for his holiday let, so I've done a

bit of Googling but not tried anything yet. The most hopeful thing I've fo=
und so far is Gargoyle Router, http://www.gargoyle-router.com.
It's an open=
source router OS that can provide a usage cap and many other features. The=
y have a list of tested hardware, and you can get a router for =A320 that
