I've replaced it with the RS232 version of the same controller:
http://www.wgldesigns.com/rain8pc.html
Over the last couple of years I've migrated away from X-10, mostly to
Z-wav=
e, and the irrigation controller was the final X-10 bit of kit. When my
CM-=
12 failed I decided not to replace it and so needed to replace the
irrigati=
on controller.=20
I've got a few more ideas to try out as well, adding a 1-wire counter to a
=
water meter to record how much water is used, trying an Ultrasonic sensor
t=
o check the tank level (I use a couple of IBC's as rainwater tanks) and
pos=
sibly adding 4 line LCD display to the control box. Might be worth a write
=
up when I'm finished if there's any interest ?

Uses X-10=
for control and I'll include an XM10 and cable. All you need is a 24VAC po=
wer supply and some sprinkler valves.
