xAP and Homeseer

Hi All

I have a chap in the States interested in my I/O controller which uses xAP
as its language. He wants to use Homeseer as the brains to send messages
and
monitor the replies. Can someone give me some idea of the task involved to
get the two talking. I assume some sort of plugin would be needed but since
I know nothing about either plugins or Homeseer I am a little in the dark.

I am not offering to write this by the way, just trying to get a grip on
the
enormity of the task.
