Still not working :-(

Just to confirm how I'm running this... I attach the CM12U to the
serial port, I run cygwin.bat, and then within the cygwin shell, I
run xap-x10.

This is running with Stuart Booth's hub.

Below is the trace, which I think shows that it IS capturing the
message, but failing on the CM12 side, rather than the xAP side.

Any ideas?
