You're missing one: New Email OSD.
Listener (just to see what's going on)
SliMP3 Connector
POP3
New Email OSD
Unless "New POP3" means the latter 2???

Have you altered the polling frequency in the POP3 monitor? It
defaults to checking every 2 minutes (120s). I'd have thought there
might be an issue if they both attempted to connect at the same time
perhaps.
Lets get rid of Outlook out of the puzzle for now.
Send yourself an email and close Outlook
Now start the POP3 app and wait and see if the POP3 application says
"New e-mail".
When it does Listener should display details about that email.
Lets get that working first.
