I'll certainly post some details tonight if nobody else beats me to
it.

My xAP hub has full source here:

<a href="http://www.xapframework.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=9";>http://www.xapframework.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&amp;d_op=viewdownload&amp;cid=9</a>

...BUT...

All the protocol is really implemented inside xAPFramework.net:

<a href="http://www.xapframework.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=7";>http://www.xapframework.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&amp;d_op=viewdownload&amp;cid=7</a>

If you could just use the hub application source more-or-less as-is
(the first link) then it's a very easy job, but it's a .net Framework
v1.1 application/library and I don't know anything xPLHal I'm afraid
to know if it'll fit.

Let me know what else you want,
