xAP Send application updated

If anybody wants to send xAP messages in bulk from a single file (such
as when exported from xAP Message Viewer), you'll probably be
interested in an updated xAP Send build. This flings them out much
quicker now as a result of some improvements made within xFx recently.

There's a new v1.2.8.1 installer available here:

There will likely be a few enhancements to message error handling that
