looking at the IR messages, does the connector produce a message for ANY IR
signal directed at the slim? Not just slim and JVC codes. Noticed some
unnamed IR messages that I can only attribute to macros from my pronto
(nothing slim related at the time).</FONT></DIV>

working on something to make use of the IR messages? Something on the

start the service last night and it recovered all sixSliMP3's - so far they
have stayed present and are all OK. I never noticedthis with the console
version but I wouldn't take to much notice of that asI maybe didn't leave
it running long enough in one session.Max - if you start and stop your
service can you get to a position of seeingall your messages ? - I assume
you are getting an instance created in thedevice tree in Viewer so you
might have a different issue to me as I lostthe players
totally.
