Re: New SlimServer Connector now available

A bit later than I anticipated, but I've updated the SlimServer
Connector in all 3 flavours; Console, Windows Service and GUI to
v1.2.8.13.

Whilst this will hopefully fix that Service version problem that Max
was having there are a few other cosmetic changes I made to the error
reporting when I was testing some scenarios.

Also,

1) Adjusted the way we connect to the SlimServer so that if it starts
up after the SlimConnector, the connector will find it sooner than
when the next xAP message arrives.
2) Fixed bug in the xAP section of the Properties dialog, that was not
editing the correct Source address/UID values, and not adjusting to
use them once edited.

The GUI runtime has also been updated so that it handles edits to the
application instance and device ID values from the toolbar now.
