xAP Switchboard and secure mode

There is one new feature of xAP Switchboard that may cause a little
confusion as it will make all the edit/delete options disappear! This is
the new secure mode. This mode is defaulted to on so will be on for both
new users and anyone upgrading.
Secure mode is really quite simple. When switched on all editing,
deleting and config items in the web are all disabled when viewing from
a remote pc. If you browse to the web from the server that is hosting
xAP switchboard then all these are visible and enabled. In beta 1 anyone
who could access the web site had rights to edit, delete, update etc and
i had quite a few requests for this to be disabled. It then seemed
prudent for this to be the default. For alot of uses however this mode
won't be needed and it's very easy to turn off. On the server pc, click
the little screwdriver next to the XML logo. On the config page set
secure mode to false and hit update. It will now work just like beta1 did.
