xAP Floorplan beta 6 released

This update has two main changes. Firstly it uses the new Intranet OCX's
look through out. The second is an enhancement of the Links system. You
can now specify a time period for when the link is enabled. In other
words if you link a pir to an outside light you can now say it will work
over night. You can specify the time period by time or by sunrise/sunset.
*Upgrading*
Because of the new ocx there is no upgrade zip this time. If upgrading
simply copy the settings.txt and main.mdb files from the existing
install. Then uninstall the current version and install the new version.
Once installed replace the two files and start the new Floorplan.
