That's pretty much what you get by default by setting a message to the
'xAPTTS' category.
The actual message is preset in the config file by something that looks
like, with a separate line for email and reminders.
eTTS=New email message from **FromName**. Subject is, **Subject**
rTTS=Reminder, **Title** will be starting at **StartTime**

This is the part of the plugin i'm doing at the moment, so the actual
method of how this will look might change a bit but it is working!
