There are at least 2 'xAP Send' type applications out there. These
take external files as input and send their contents off as xAP
messages on the xAP network.
So you could setup the types of xAP message you want in a pool of
static disc files, then invoke an external application to send a
selected message from this pool on some event.

Not entirely sure how you download it though.
