New e-mail OSD on Windows MCE, SlimDevices

  • Subject: New e-mail OSD on Windows MCE, SlimDevices

Hi Folks,

I've updated my nobby little New e-mail OSD 'shim', which I currently
use to translate e-mail notifications from "xAP Mail Monitor" to
OSD
messages for Slim, TiVo, xAP Desktop and Windows MCE. It has a GUI
interface to it now.

Downloads:

Documentation:

And even a HowTo that groups all the components needed to get new
e-mail OSD messages appearing on Windows Media Centre Edition:

These things are linked to each other from all over the place on the
xFx site now.

As a consequence of this, the xAP SlimServer Connector has been
updated slightly to use James' Message.Display schema:

And I've also lightly tweaked the xAP Mail Monitor, mostly just
cosmetic changes such as making the available email reports MUCH less
frequent than their previous defaults!
