That's what I ment to post. I've also just had the following error..

xAP Conduit
Run-Time Error 91
Object Variable or With block variable not set.

I don't know if it's related, but I was deleting an old xAP device
(from a previous test). I've now noticed that the xAP link has
disappeared from Homeseers webpage.

It seems I have several problems going on here. I've now restarted
Homeseer and I'm not getting updates anymore. Grrrrr
