zmxap v0.2 available

A subsequent release to the original ZoneMinder xAP connector (zmxap)
is
now available.  Please note that it is only compatible with zm v1.22.x
and is available from http://limings.net/xap/zmxap.

The most significant changes are architectural (zmxap now runs as a
stand along daemon--much like axc) and the introduction of messages
based on the Message.Display schema.

Many thanks to James for his significant input.  (FWIW: His comments re:
axc installation/configuration on a *@h platform may apply for the *nix
"challenged").
