Outlook plugin request

Hi James,
I wonder if it=92s possible to add an option into the Outlook plugin:
If I=92m typing away and the phone rings, I have the Outlook contact page
s=
et to open. Unfortunately if I keep typing, I=92m then typing into the
cont=
act screen =96 not ideal as I can mess up my contacts if not careful.
Is it possible to open the contact in the background without changing the
w=
indow focus?
