Re: xap switchboard problems (was Re: xAP Ping 3 beta 4
released)

To show up, Switchboard just needs to see a heartbeat from Outlook. If
it's still not showing then its either the plugin isn't running or some
network issue is stopping them talking, subnets, firewalls etc. The
plugin not running is the most likely cause. On the pc running outlook,
with outlook not running, could you install Intranet launcher (mi4.biz).
That'll make sure all the required files are there. Then try outlook
again, if possible while running xAP Viewer to see if it talks at all.
Also just checking, this is Outlook 2003 isn't it?

To show up, Switchboard just needs to see a heartbeat from Outlook. If
