Paul,
What is running on what PCs?
If the launcher is on PC A and HomeSeer is on PC B and SB,Ping are on PC
C what is the difference between PC B and PC C. If HS,SB and Ping are
on the same pc try turning the firewall off.
The fact HomeSeer is showing up means that the launcher can receive
data. Also worth checking all the groups are ticked in the launcher,
right click and check the groups menu.
