Question How do I format a number dialed by SB to add 38 to prefix all
numbers dialed by a perticular Trunk?

currently have the following:

[greyhawk]
incoming_channel = IAX2/greyhawk
outgoing_channel = IAX/interoffice
country_code     = 1
network-type     = VPSTN
dialer           = VPSTN
dial_context     = from-internal
number-formatter = s/1?(\d{10})/$1/
