check that the Viewer=92s xFx configuration is set to the correct code page
for the machine you are using. This the character decoding that xFx uses to
convert xAP=92s ASCII to .Net=92s Unicode.

The setting is in xfx.dll.config and by default is

Hi again...
After some "research" i realize its NOT the xAP speech that have
problems
with swedish.. it looks like its the xAP viewer... i can now send swedish
characters fr=E5m housbot sender device and xAP speech says it! ;)
however the xAP viewer just shows a "square" where =E5=E4=F6
is...
