hi,
it's two way ish. In four you can enter a text query on the web
interface and get a reply to screen, you can ask the same question via
xAP and get a reply from xAP and you can ask via twitter and get a
reply back through twitter. So it's not a message gateway as such
just an alternative way of asking things. Have a look here for the
syntax

That error is not really an error. The error log isn't from the app
but from the intranet ocx, and in this case it is because it is being
asked to web server a file that does not exist. Usual cause is the
favicon.ico which browsers just ask for without being prompted.
Either ignore or put a favicon.ico inthe xAPIntranet directory. The
same would probably pop up with other intranet apps.
Target support would be good, i'll add it to the list. You can filter
by source address and by message priority which should help a little.
