Played a bit more with xAP and the XAPTV TV Listings and the xAP News
which allows RSS feeds. Both of these devices now output to the
Squeezebox display.
Is it possible to get the the xAP protocol to play a sound when a
message is displayed on the Squeezebox? For example the TV can trigger
an alert so many minutes before programme start. But unless you
religiously look at the Squeezebox you will miss it. However, if the SB
could play a sound when an xAP message where received this would be
very useful.
