xAPSwitchboard CID Lookup Error

James,
when using lookup.xxml if you pass an non-matching number or nothing
then you get the details for the last successful lookup provided back.
I noticed this as quite often my PSTN line does not present anything
e.g. blank and I then get the name of the last person.
