Been looking at the protocol spec for the wm-918 weather station, and the
station itself, and it would be too easy (pressing the units button) to
un-intentionally change the unit of measure and so mess up the values for
scripting purposes.

To make scripting simpler (conversions can still be done in the scripts if
required) the xPL WM918 application will use standard units of measure as
follows:

Temperatures = Celcius (C)
Measurements = millimetres (mm)
Pressure = Millibars (mb)
Speed = miles per hour (mph)

All values that can go negative, will be preceeded either + or -
